1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing shoeaholictt.com or placing an order with Shoeaholics, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order with Shoeaholics. By using this site you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase.

3. Products and pricing

All prices on shoeaholictt.com are listed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) unless a currency switch is used at checkout, and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product photos, descriptions, colours, and stock levels accurate, but occasional errors can happen, especially while our online catalogue is being built out from our in-store inventory system.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once your payment is processed and your order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock runs out between browsing and checkout, or where we suspect fraud.

7. Accounts and loyalty points

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Loyalty points earned through our loyalty programme have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted if the purchase that earned them is later refunded.

8. Intellectual property

The Shoeaholics name, logo, and all photography, graphics, and written content on this site belong to Shoeaholics or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Shoeaholics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, beyond the value of your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.
