Can money be refunded if I don’t like the item when I reach home?

Hi Doll, cash refunds are only authorized if there is a manufacturers defect within our Return policy period. In other cases, where you may not like an item when you get home, feel free to visit any one of our branches for an exchange once you have your receipt, the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Be reminded that the purchase of Sale and / or discounted items are final.

What is your Return / Exchange Policy?

Items can be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in its unworn condition with the original packaging accompanying the bill/receipt.

Do you have any Sales currently?

Hi doll, we currently have our BagFest promotion where you receive a 20% discount on any handbag with the purchase of a shoe. We also have items as low as 2 for $100 & a $100 Sale Section.

Are there any vacancies within the company?

Can customers pay down on items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Balance Parcels at this time.

Can an item be paid for by 1 branch and collected at another?

Yes doll, it can be facilitated. Please inform the Branch Coordinator and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Do you still offer discounts with your Birthday Club?

At this time our Shoeaholic Birthday Club has been suspended. We are currently working on streamlining this perk for our Loyal Customers.

Can I buy a loyalty card for someone else as a birthday gift?

Hi doll, yes you can, which would be a total cost of $300.00

Can I pay Cash on Delivery for an item?

Hi Doll, Our apologies. We do not offer C.O.D at this time.

How to get a loyalty card?

Hi doll, VIP Loyalty Cards are issued upon request or with any purchase.

How DO I pay for delivery?

Hi doll, we have a few options for payment: 

– Bank Deposit / Online Transfer

– Paywise (Lotto Booth)

– WiPay (Local & International Cards accepted)

– PayPal (International Orders only)

Can I exchange an item for a bigger / smaller size?

Of course Doll, once the item is unworn and has its original packaging accompanying the bill / receipt, we can facilitate the exchange. Please note, there would be instances where your size may not be available in that same color or at that particular location.

How soon would I be contacted after submitting my resume?

Hi doll, we don’t have an ideal timeframe for resume responses, however, once a vacancy arises and you are shortlisted you will be contacted.

How much do you all pay to be a Sales Representative?

Hi, all salary or wages are only discussed at the interview process.

Do you all hire anyone below 18 years old?

Hi doll, yes we do however only with parental consent.

Do you all deliver locally?

Yes we do. Once payment is made & confirmed, delivery is made within 3-5 working days via TTpost.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do. Delivery costs, however, would be dependent on the weight of the package.

Do you all open on holidays?

Hi doll, our days of Operation on holidays are Seasonal so ensure you’re following our Facebook & Instagram pages (Search: shoeaholicstt) for opening and closing times.

Can I order a sale item?

Hi Doll, Any item can be ordered however items posted on Sale are for In-store purchases ONLY.
